What’s the difference between direct print and laminated inserts?

Direct print places your artwork directly on the chip surface for a sharp, durable finish. Laminated inserts are printed on vinyl, then laminated and set flush into the chip’s recessed center—adding a glossy look and extra protection.

Can I print on both sides and go edge-to-edge?

Yes—most full-color chip styles support printing on both sides. Edge-to-edge (including custom edges) is a ceramic-chip feature; if you need that, see our Ceramic Poker Chips.

What file types and resolution work best?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the cleanest results. High-res PNG or JPG at 300 DPI also works well. Keep important text/logos within the safe area shown in the design tool to avoid trimming.

What’s the typical turnaround time?

Most full-color orders ship in about 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Larger runs can take a bit longer; rush options are available.
